“A portrait of my son, once a week, every week, in 2014.”

This morning we went down to see the 888,246 ceramic poppies planted at the Tower of London representing the fatalities during World War 1 as it reaches it’s centenary. It was quite a scene. If you’re in London, definitely go down and see it.
This picture was taken at Tattershall Castle (along Embankment) as we made our way to the Tower of London.

We’re still in Mumbai and not far from where we live they offer horse rides for children each evening. S absolutely loved it and it was a pretty nostalgic moment for me because my mom used to take me horse riding there when I was a child 🙂

S and my nephew Ranveer – I managed to keep them still for two minutes, asked them to say cheese and this is what I got 🙂 They first met when S was almost 9 months and R was just a little over 1. They didn’t really take to each other much then but this time they are the best of friends. It’s so lovely to watch them play together. They are the only two great grandsons in my very big family.
